(NYSE: HRTG), a property and casualty insurance holding company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 13, 2016 to stockholders of record on the close of business on December 31, 2015.
